Marcus Van Wattum is a producer and songwriter based in The Netherlands. He is known for writing and producing songs in a wide variety of genres, ranging from Dance with David Guetta, to Hip-Hop with G-Eazy and J-Pop with the Japanese band Sekai No Owari. Discovered by Dutch music producer Pieter van Schooten he began his professional career composing and producing for established Dutch artists. In 2013 he began working with DJ/Producer Nicky Romero which kickstarted his international music career. During this time he also met musician and record producer Giorgio Tuinfort, with whom he still collaborates actively to this day.
In 2017, he won the Dutch BUMA Award International for his work on the David Guetta song "Bang My Head".
